Where: Table 2(a), Building column, p. 223
Gives Si = 0.25 mm, D0,i = 10 mm and b = 3 for Building. The footnotes identify these as literature values rather than a fit to an evaluation city.
Where: Section 2.5, interception, infiltration and runoff, p. 224
Equations 18 and 19 distinguish the drainage functions by surface type, assign roofs the power-law form, and state that the maximum rates and coefficients come from literature.
| Name | supported Building identifies the building-surface column in Table 2(a). |
|---|---|
| Target | supported Table 2(a) publishes the values by SUEWS surface type, including Building. |
| Values | supported The Building column gives storage capacity 0.25 mm, maximum drainage rate 10 mm, and drainage coefficient 3. Section 2.5 assigns roofs the power-law drainage equation, matching the stored equation choice and coefficients. |
| Source | supported Järvi et al. publish the complete stored building drainage tuple in Table 2(a). |
| Place | supported The values are presented by generic surface type, not as Helsinki observations. Section 3.1 identifies Vancouver and Los Angeles as the evaluation locations. |
| Representativeness | supported Generic scope reflects a literature parameter set offered for the SUEWS building class, without a city- or site-specific determination. |
| Applicable Scale | supported Table 2(a) defines the tuple for the Building land-cover class rather than for a whole neighbourhood, an individual roof facet, or a material specimen. |
| Method | supported Section 2.5 says the drainage rates and coefficients are taken from the literature, and Table 2(a) footnotes the individual values to earlier publications. |
| Identity | supported The record contains the one building drainage tuple published in Table 2(a); its stable path, origin, legacy ID, target, source, and values preserve the migrated row identity. |
Järvi et al. publish this tuple as a generic SUEWS building land-cover parameter set. Helsinki is later application and migration context retained in the stable path and origin; it is not the place where the paper determined the values. No parameter, target, source, legacy identity, or origin has changed.
