Where: Full article, Sections 2–5 and Tables II–IV, p. 89–101
Reports the Petawawa mixed-forest storage observations and net radiation. The full text contains no OHM a1–a3 coefficients, hysteresis regression or stored coefficient triplet.
Where: Section 3, objective model derivation, p. 313
States the mixed-forest values a1 = 0.11, a2 = 0.11 h and a3 = -12.3 W m-2 while describing statistical analysis of independent observational datasets to obtain the OHM coefficients.
Where: Table 4, p. 932
Repeats the mixed-forest triplet and attributes the observational source to McCaughey (1985). Its post-1991 footnote does not change the fact that the exact triplet already appears on p. 313 of Grimmond et al. (1991).

McCaughey (1985) is the observation input, Grimmond et al. (1991) is the publication that states the stored fitted coefficients, and Grimmond and Oke (1999) is a later compilation. Of the three full publications checked, Grimmond et al. (1991) is the earliest one containing the exact triplet; the remaining lineage is preserved here.
