Where: Zenodo Input_met.zip/Input_met/SUEWS_Soil.txt, code 71
Stores 1000, 312, 0.0005 and 1.16 as the executable Helsinki forest soil tuple.
Where: Zenodo Input_met.zip/Input_met/SUEWS_Veg.txt, codes 831 and 841
Assigns SoilTypeCode 71 to both the Helsinki deciduous-forest and evergreen-forest rows.
Where: Table B.1, deciduous-forest and evergreen-forest soil rows, p. 11
Publishes 1.0 m depth for both forest types but separate SWCmax values of 0.31 and 0.29 m; it does not publish a mixed-forest 0.312 m capacity.
| Name | supported Mixed forest identifies the one archived soil-code configuration reused by both the deciduous- and evergreen-forest surface rows; it does not claim that the paper publishes a mixed-forest soil value. |
|---|---|
| Target | supported The tuple consists of soil properties stored as the shared common soil input for the two Helsinki forest land-cover surfaces. |
| Values | supported The archived executable input stores soil code 71 as depth 1000 mm, capacity 312 mm, conductivity 0.0005 and density 1.16 and assigns it to both forest types. Havu Table B.1 instead publishes separate 1 m deciduous and evergreen capacities of 0.31 and 0.29 m, so the retained 312 mm tuple is supported only as the exact configuration value, not as a published mixed-forest parameter. issue #235 |
| Source | supported The citable Zenodo dataset is the direct source for the exact executable tuple. The journal article is retained separately as validation evidence because it publishes distinct deciduous and evergreen capacities rather than the archived 312 mm shared value. issue #235 |
| Place | supported Both the publication and archived surface rows identify Helsinki as the application place. |
| Representativeness | supported City describes the archived Helsinki model configuration, in which the shared soil code is assigned to both forest surface classes across the city model; it is configuration reach, not observational reach. |
| Method | supported Literature records direct transcription of the citable archived dataset. The database neither averages the paper values nor attributes the configuration tuple to a new fit or measurement. |
| Identity | supported The stable path, Helsinki origin, legacy ID, name and exact tuple retain the migrated shared-soil identity without collapsing it into either of the distinct published forest parameter rows. |
The citable archived dataset and the paper are not interchangeable evidence. The archive directly supplies the complete executable tuple and proves that one 312 mm soil code was run for both Helsinki forest types; Table B.1 publishes distinct deciduous and evergreen capacities. This record therefore preserves the exact archived tuple with the dataset as its parameter source and makes the publication distinction visible. No value, stable path, name or legacy identity is changed.
