This is a legacy configuration default, not a Bellucco et al. literature parameter. The immutable workbook-derived row at https://github.com/UMEP-dev/SUEWS-database/blob/053c004ef46c14194fdc39bbb8932908db294abd/db/spartacus_material.yml#L229-L238 records the exact complete tuple. Independently, the STEBBS implementation at https://github.com/UMEP-dev/SUEWS/blob/ad1b4929afb321dcc531f95d88bfe6ceb24a0c7c/src/suews/src/suews_phys_stebbs.f95#L2528-L2533 hard-codes 1.225 and 1005 as indoor-air defaults, without citing Bellucco; no implementation lineage for 0.025 was located. The values remain unchanged as an explicit assumption while the false publication attribution is removed.
