lai.lai_type | 1 |
lai.lai_min | 4 |
lai.lai_max | 5.1 |
Where: Table 2, model parameter values by surface type and general run options, p. 223
Publishes LAImax, con 5.1 and LAImin, con 4; footnote c traces the maximum to Breuer et al. (2003), while the table directly publishes the complete pair used by SUEWS.
Where: Table 7, parameter values for land covers in global temperate ecosystems, p. 286
Publishes median LAI 5.1 for coniferous forest; it does not publish the lower bound 4.
Where: Table 4, parameters used in SUEWS by surface, p. 1701
Repeats LAImax, everg 5.1 and LAImin, everg 4.0 and states that values use Järvi et al. (2011) sources unless otherwise indicated.
Where: Sect. 4.1, seasonal cycle of vegetation phenology, p. 7
Evaluates the timing of the modelled seasonal LAI cycle from site photographs and adjusts degree-day temperatures, but does not publish 4/5.1 as newly fitted SE England bounds.
| Name | curation required Evergreen Tree follows Järvi's coniferous-tree SUEWS category, but the SE England qualifier is later application context rather than the scope of the published bounds. |
|---|---|
| Target | supported Järvi et al. publish the two bounds for the coniferous-tree SUEWS vegetation category represented by land_cover.evetr. |
| Values | supported Järvi et al. (2011) Table 2 publishes LAImin 4 and LAImax 5.1 for coniferous trees. Järvi et al. (2014) Table 4 repeats the pair. Breuer Table 7 supplies the 5.1 coniferous-forest median but not the lower bound 4. |
| Source | supported Järvi et al. (2011) are the earliest located direct publisher of the complete 4/5.1 record. Järvi et al. (2014) explicitly reuse the earlier source set, while Ward et al. evaluate seasonal timing without publishing these bounds as a new SE England fit. issue #147 |
| Place | curation required Järvi Table 2 publishes general SUEWS model parameters, not an SE England determination. Ward establishes the UK application context but does not establish the bounds as regional evidence. |
| Representativeness | curation required The values are literature/default bounds reused in later applications. Calling the stable migration record regional SE England evidence is not established by the sources. |
| Method | supported The record transcribes a published SUEWS parameter pair. |
| Identity | curation required The Shanghai XJH record and generic Beijing-path record now carry the same thermal-only selector and 4/5.1 bounds under different application identities, while this SE England record retains the day-length selector 1 with the same bounds. Whether the stable SE England path is a quoted default or distinct regional evidence requires curation; this source correction neither merges nor deletes any record. |
The complete LAI pair is sourced to Järvi et al. (2011), not to Breuer alone: Breuer supports the maximum 5.1 but not the minimum 4. Järvi et al. (2014) repeat both values, and Ward et al. evaluate phenological timing without republishing the bounds. The stable path, name, place and regional class are retained as migration/application identity and remain curation-required because overlapping migrated records exist.
