Ward et al. compile the pre-adjustment building coefficients as a mean of three study rows, then calculate seasonal a1 and a3 values using Anandakumar-derived multipliers. Their London and Swindon runs validate/apply the coefficients but are not their observation input. The separate code 798 input record now documents its calculated lineage from the three rooftop source-table rows.
