Järvi et al. (2014) models removal through snow-water-equivalent thresholds, not an hourly schedule. The fixed SUEWS 2017b release preserves this exact vector as row 90000, Arbitrary (constant all day). The values remain unchanged as an explicit assumption; unsupported Helsinki/city evidence scope and the paper attribution are removed while the stable path and origin preserve migration lineage.
