Data used in manuscript Spatial modelling of local-scale biogenic and anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions in HelsinkiParameter source

Where: SpatialRun_input.zip/Input/SUEWS_Profiles.txt, rows 55771 and 55772

Rows 55771 and 55772 are labelled Helsinki Human activity, Weekday and Weekend, with columns explicitly headed 0 through 23.

Spatial Modeling of Local-Scale Biogenic and Anthropogenic Carbon Dioxide emissions in HelsinkiValidation

Where: Figure 1, weekday and weekend diurnal profiles, p. 8369

Where: Human activity and population profile timing, p. 8368

Distinguishes activity HA,d from population HP,d and states that activity rises one hour before population movement and remains elevated one hour after people return home.

Assessment findings

Namesupported
The archive labels both selected rows Helsinki Human activity.
Targetsupported
The archive label and paper both identify the schedule as the human-activity profile, distinct from the population and traffic profiles.
Valuessupported
Archive rows 55771 and 55772 supply the weekday and weekend values for source hours 0 through 23, mapped in order to database keys 1 through 24. The weekend tail now restores source hours 22 and 23 as 2.0 and 1.5 at keys 23 and 24.
Sourcesupported
The Zenodo data repository directly publishes the exact configuration rows; the associated article explains their scientific role but does not print all 24 values.
issue #1078
Placesupported
Both the archive rows and associated study identify the profile as Helsinki input.
Representativenesssupported
The archive provides one Helsinki activity schedule for the spatial city modelling setup, rather than a schedule fitted to one measurement site.
Methodsupported
The database adopts the published configuration schedule, so literature is the record-level method; the paper describes its timing relative to population movement.
Identitysupported
The selected rows are explicitly human activity and the record attaches to humactivity_24hr, keeping this profile distinct from the Helsinki population rows 801 and 802.

Scientific note

The migrated values previously matched the archive's UK weekday activity row. The working-day values now match Helsinki row 55771, and the corrected weekend tail completes the match to Helsinki row 55772. The source columns 0 through 23 map directly and in order to database profile keys 1 through 24. The exact configuration dataset is the active source, while the paper documents the profile role and timing.
